烟台市公路管理局始终以职工思想道德建设为核心,将道德讲堂建设作为抓手。在推进道德讲堂建设的过程中领导高度重视;骨干积极参与;实施方案落地有声。他们将道德讲堂建设规范化、制度化。制定下发了有标准、有考核、有评比、有奖惩的一系列文件。大力开展道德讲堂建设,引领职工积极投入道德教育和文明建设和行业建设,职工凝聚力和向心力明显增强。工会组织在实践中收获了宝贵的工作经验。
Yantai Highway Administration has always been the ideological and moral construction of workers as the core, the moral lecture hall construction as a starting point.
