介绍了有关斜盘式轴向柱塞泵柱塞的结构设计及有限元分析。进一步提高斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的效率,减少流量损失。通过柱塞运动学分析和受力分析,明确柱塞的结构设计并确定主要参数,利用Pro/E软件建立柱塞的三维图形并用其自带的有限元分析模块Mechanica进行应力应变及相关分析。为提高和完善柱塞的结构性能提供了理论依据和实际方法。
