拓展训练是通过模拟真实的困难场景,通过户外体验项目活动使参加者充分体验所经历的各种情绪,特别是负面情绪,从而刺激人的心理承受能力,进而实现自身对消极情绪的控制。通过拓展培训,让试训者在团队中发掘各人的最大潜力,实现自我超越。针对当代大学生身体素质与心理承受能力每况愈下的现实,对大学生开始拓展教育显得十分必要。因此文章把拓展理论与山西省大学生身心现状相结合,寻求一种提高大学生各方面能力的新途径。
Expansion training is to simulate the real difficult scenes through the outdoor experience project activities so that participants fully experience the experience of the various emotions, especially negative emotions, so as to stimulate people’s psychological endurance, and thus achieve their own control of negative emotions. By expanding training, trainers will explore the maximum potential of each person in the team and achieve self-transcendence. In response to the fact that the physical fitness and psychological endurance of contemporary college students are deteriorating, it is necessary for them to start their education. Therefore, the article combines the theory of expansion with the current situation of college students in Shanxi Province, and seeks for a new way to improve students’ abilities in all aspects.
