目的:研究姜科姜属植物阳荷根茎乙醇提取物的体外抗菌活性。方法:运用乙醇渗漉法提取得到阳荷总提取物,依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,得到不同极性部位;用滤纸片法对乙醇提取物及各萃取物进行体外抗菌活性测定,有抑菌作用的萃取物进一步用微量肉汤稀释法测定其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:阳荷根茎乙醇提取物、石油醚和氯仿萃取物具有抑制金黄色葡萄球菌等3种革兰阳性菌和大肠埃希菌等3种革兰阴性菌生长繁殖的活性,MIC值在312.5~1 250 mg.L-1。总提取物对地衣芽孢杆菌、无乳链球菌和大肠埃希菌的MBC均为1 250 mg.L-1;石油醚和氯仿萃取物对6种测试菌株均有杀灭作用,MBC值在625~1 250 mg.L-1。结论:阳荷根茎乙醇提取物及石油醚和氯仿萃取物能显著抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、无乳链球菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和铜绿假单胞菌的生长繁殖,具有明显的灭活作用。
Objective: To study the in vitro antibacterial activity of ethanol extracts from the roots of Zingiber officinale from Zingiberaceae. Methods: The total extract of yanghe was extracted by ethanol percolation method and extracted with petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol to obtain different polar fractions. The ethanol extract and the extracts were filtered by filter paper method In vitro antibacterial activity determination, the extract with antibacterial activity was further determined by micro broth dilution minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC). Results: The ethanol extracts of Rhizomania, petroleum ether and chloroform extracts could inhibit the growth and reproduction of three Gram - negative bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus and other three kinds of Gram - negative bacteria. The MIC value was between 312.5 ~ 1 250 mg.L-1. The MBC of the total extracts against Bacillus licheniformis, Streptococcus agalactiae and Escherichia coli was 1 250 mg.L-1, respectively. Petrolatum and chloroform extracts had a killing effect on all six tested strains with MBC values of 625 ~ 1 250 mg.L-1. CONCLUSION: The ethanolic extracts of Rhizomania canadensis and petroleum ether and chloroform extracts can significantly inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus licheniformis, Streptococcus agalactiae, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa Breeding, with obvious inactivation.
