想像力是利用已有的感知材料加工改造、创造新形象的心理过程。想像是智力非常重要的组成部分,它使智力活动插上翅膀,使人们不再拘泥于前人,有了创造,有了活力。科学创造往往以想像为先导。正如马克思所说的“蜘蛛的工作与纺织工的工作类似”。在蜂房的建筑上,蜜蜂的本事曾使许多以建筑为业的人惭愧。但是最差的建筑师也比最巧妙的蜜蜂更优越,是因为建筑师在以“蜂蜡”建筑“蜂房”以前,已经在他的头脑中把它构成了。
