农村幼儿教育是国家幼儿教育事业的重要组成部分,然而就当前看,确也是幼儿教育的一个薄弱环节,要解决这一问题除国家和地方人民政府加大投入外,幼儿教师的素质也是关键问题。根据教育部关于《幼儿园教育指导纲要》、《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》、《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》及《贵州省人民政府关于加快发展学前教育的实施意见》(黔教督发〔2011〕84号)等纲领性文件精神,对照我县当前幼儿教育现状,我认为提高幼儿教师业务素质和专业水平势在必行。
Early childhood education in rural areas is an important part of the national early childhood education. However, at present, it is indeed a weak link in early childhood education. To solve this problem, the quality of kindergarten teachers is also a key issue in addition to the increased investment by the people’s governments at the national and local levels . According to the “Guidelines for Kindergarten Education”, “Outline of National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)”, “Guide for Learning and Development of Children 3-6 Years” and “Guidelines for Guizhou Province People’s Government on Accelerating the Development of Preschool Education Implementing Opinions ”(Guizhou Insititutional Government [2011] No. 84) and other programmatic documents, according to the current status of preschool education in our county, I think it is imperative to improve the professional quality and professional level of preschool teachers.
