请问:我原是某厂的工人,后来厂里因产销不对路,连续4个月拖欠职工工资。在此种情况下,我提出辞职,要求厂里补发工资和支付补偿金,并于第二天就不上班了。而厂方认为我提出辞职应提前30日,刚提出辞职第二天就离开岗位属于旷工性质,遂以连续旷工为由对我做出除名决定,并拒付经济补偿金。请问,厂里的做法对吗?
