做好班主任工作是“勤”好还是“懒”好?学校领导肯定会说,当然是勤好。“懒”则意味着这位班主任缺乏责任感,不能关心和体贴学生,然而,我觉得这是一种极端不人性化,极端错误的思想。如果是这样的一批批老师教我们的孩子,我想作为家长的你也一定会担心你的孩子是否能“阳光”起来,是否能在健康和谐的校园中活力迸发、健康成长。所以,我希望我们的老师,特别是班主任能够解放自己,还自由于学生,还权利于学生,让自己轻松起来,让学生发展起来。作为班主任既要管理班级工作,还需要组织教学工作,长此以往总感觉有点力不从心。到底如何改变这
