一、前言马尾松(Pinus massoniana Lamb.)是我国南方主要造林先锋树种。它早期生长发育较慢,用实生苗繁育良种需要较长的时间。为了加速发展林木良种事业,采用无性系嫁接方法建立马尾松种子园,既能保持母树的优良性状,提早开花结实,又可矮化树冠,便于采种,这是实现马尾松造林良种化的重要手段。马尾松采用无性繁殖是比较困难的。过去,广东韶关地区林科所与国营英德林场,用老枝嫁接成活率低,一般在20—30%。为了提高嫁接成活率,我们从1978年开始研究,经过4年的试验,取得马尾松嫩枝切接技术科研成果。马尾松嫩枝嫁接1045株,平均成活率
