以热处理为主要手段 ,研究 70 75铝合金铸锭强化均匀化和变形组织强化固溶过程对非平衡凝固过程中形成的粗大第二相 (含粗大共晶相 )的溶解和扩散的影响 ,以及对 70 75铝合金组织 (包括铸锭组织和变形组织 )与性能的影响。结果显示 :采用铸锭强化均匀化和变形组织强化固溶工艺 ,与传统的热处理工艺相比 ,可大大减少粗大第二相的尺寸和数量 ,组织更均匀 ,σb和σ0 .2 分别达到 669MPa和 60 6MPa ,增幅均超过 1 0 % ,伸长率仍能保持 1 0 1 %的较高水平。
