介绍了高炉出铁场烟尘特性和除尘技术的发展情况。详细论述了宁波钢铁有限公司高炉出铁场除尘所采用的顶吸、双侧吸和A盖烟尘治理技术。通过合理分配各产尘点风量,采用单套长袋低压脉冲袋式除尘系统的方式,解决了出铁场粉尘排放及岗位粉尘超标等问题。同时对该方案的实际应用情况和后续优化等进行了阐述,对其他高炉出铁场除尘系统改造具有一定的参考作用。
