目的：探讨鼓室注射桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合曲安奈德治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法将105例（137耳）诊断为分泌性中耳炎的患者随机分为观察组（52例，68耳）与对照组（53例，69耳），患者在治疗前后均行纯音听阈及声导抗检测。二组患者均给予口服大环内酯类药物2周，曲安奈德喷鼻4周。观察组患者同期给予鼓膜穿刺抽出鼓室积液后鼓室内注射桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合曲安奈德。对照组患者给予鼓膜穿刺抽出鼓室积液后鼓室内注射地塞米松。结果观察组总有效率89．71％高于对照组66．67％。观察组纯音听阈改善率为86．76％明显高于对照组改善率57．97％（ P＜0．05）；声导抗检测改善率为92．65％，明显高于对照组改善率63．77％（ P＜0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论鼓室注射桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合曲安奈德治疗分泌性中耳炎的方法疗效肯定。“,”Objective To study the effect of intratympanic injection of Eucalyptol Limonene and Pinene En-teric Soft Capsules combine with triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of chronic secretory otitis media . Methods Totally 105 cases adults (137 ears) with chronic secretory otitis media were divided into experi-ment group (52 cases ,68 ears) and control group (53 cases ,69 ears) .All patients were all acceptd pure tone audiometry and tympanometry at the pretherapy and post -treatment .They received oral macrolide antibiotics two weeks ,and nasal inhalation of triamcinolone acetonide four weeks .Experiment group pa-tients received intratympanic injection of Eucalyptol Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules combine with triamcinolone acetonide .Control group patients received intratympanic injection of dexamethasone . Results The total effective rate of experiment group(89 .71% ) was higher than control group(66 .67% ) . The pure tone audiometry improvement rate of experiment group(86 .76% ) was much higher than the con-trol group(57 .97% ) .(P<0 .01) .The tympanometry improvement rate of experiment group(92 .65% % ) was much higher than control group(63 .77% )(P<0 .01) .Conclusion Intratympanic injection of Eucalyp-tol Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules combine with triamcinolone acetonide is an effective method for chronic secretory otitis media .
