对我国民航企业在管理方面存在的问题进行了分析 ,认为既有政府管理职能“越位”和“缺位”的原因 ,也有民航企业自身观念、经营和管理方面的原因 ,提出了加快政府职能转换、加快民航企业改革步伐和改善经营管理等方面的对策建议。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of civil aviation enterprises in our country.
