最近,《工人日报》编委会决定:1996年在全国开展“新闻扶贫济困行动”。这一举措得到全总和中宣部的大力支持。报社领导身体力行,既挂帅,又出征;全体编辑、记者争先恐后,踊跃参加。大家为高扬全心全意依靠工人阶级的旗帜,吹拂密切联系职工群众的清风投入一分真诚,献上一片热情。在此行动开始前夕,记者就“新闻扶贫济困行动”的有关问题采访了整装待发的报社总编辑张宏遵。
Recently, the editorial board of Worker’s Daily decided that in 1996, “Press Poverty Alleviation and Relief Operation” should be carried out across the country. This measure has received the full support of the Central Propaganda Department. Newspaper leaders personally, both commander in chief, but also set off; all editors, journalists scrambling to take part. We all sincerely hope that we will rely on the banner of the working class and blow our hearts in close contact with the breeze of the workers and staff in a sincere and enthusiastic manner.
