通过MTT方法,观察27例病人原代乳癌细胞对11种临床常用抗癌药物的体外敏感性。11种药物中,紫杉醇,顺铂体外抗乳癌效果明显优于其它药物。临床常用的CAP和CAF方案药物明显优于CMF方案药物。同一病人原代乳癌细胞对不同抗癌药物有不同的反应性;不同病人对同一抗癌药物有不同的反应性;甚至来源于同一病人的原发病灶和转移淋巴结癌细胞,对同一药物也有不同的体外药物敏感性。结果表明,原代乳癌细胞体外药物敏感试验能筛选敏感药物,预测耐药性,利于选择适合个体的化疗药物,组成有针对性的化疗方案。
MTT method was used to observe the in vitro sensitivity of 27 patients with primary breast cancer cells to 11 kinds of commonly used anticancer drugs. Of the 11 drugs, paclitaxel and cisplatin showed significantly better anti-breast cancer effects than other drugs in vitro. Clinical CAP and CAF regimen drugs significantly better than CMF regimen drugs. The same patient primary breast cancer cells have different reactivity to different anticancer drugs; different patients have different reactivity to the same anticancer drug; even from the same patient’s primary lesion and metastatic lymph node cancer cells, the same drug is different In vitro drug sensitivity. The results showed that in vitro drug sensitivity test of primary breast cancer cells can screen sensitive drugs, predict drug resistance, and help to select suitable chemotherapeutic drugs for individuals to form targeted chemotherapy regimens.
