应用Ames试验检测了鞍钢化工总厂的18种化学物。苊对TA1535、TA1538、TA98,氧芴对TA1537,在无代谢条件下有致突变作用。α-茶胺、β-萘胺在代谢活化后对TA1538、TA98有致突变作用。萤蒽、芴、茈、3.5-二甲酚,2.3.5-三甲酚、α-萘酚、β-茶酚、苯胺、邻-甲苯胺、对-甲苯胺、间-甲苯胺、氰化钾、二硫化碳和吡啶对TA1535、TA1537、TA1538、TA98和TA100加或不加S-9均呈阴性结果。
