研究目的探讨脑脊液NAG活性变化与中枢神经系统疾病的关系。设计分别对化脓性脑膜炎(化脑)、结核性脑膜炎(结脑)、病毒性脑膜炎(病毒脑)和脑血栓形成等四组患者和对照者的脑脊液进行NAG活性测定,并对测定结果进行统计学处理。研究单位一附院检验科患者及其它参与者:本组患者共 57例,男30例,女27例,年龄3~60岁。其中化脑24例,结脑5例、病毒脑5例,脑血栓形成23例。对照者为无神经系统疾患的外科小手术患者,共12例,男10例,女2例,年龄18~25岁。处理方法取脑脊液0.1ml与10μmol/L对硝基—N—乙酰—β—D—氨基葡萄糖苷水溶液0.5ml混合置37℃水温中保存待测。测定及结果用分光光度法测定NAG活性,结果显示:化脑、结脑、病毒脑、脑血栓形成和对照组脑脊液NAG活性分别为9.9±6.2、4.5±2.6、3.7±2.0、3.9±化脑组CSF NAG活性有极显著性差异(P<0.001),其它组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论化脑患者脑脊液NAG活性明显升高。
Objective To investigate the relationship between cerebrospinal fluid (NAG) activity and central nervous system diseases. The cerebrospinal fluid of four groups of patients with purulent meningitis (meningitis), tuberculous meningitis (tuberculosis), viral meningitis (viral brain) and cerebral thrombosis were tested for NAG activity. Results were statistically analyzed. Study Unit First Affiliated Hospital of patients and other participants: 57 patients in this group of patients, 30 males and 27 females, aged 3 to 60 years. Determination and Results The activity of NAG was measured by spectrophotometry. The results showed that NAG activity of cerebrospinal fluid in brain, brain, virus brain, cerebral thrombosis and control group were 9.9 ± 6.2, 4.5 ± 2.6, 3.7 ± 2.0 and 3.9 ±% There was a significant difference in CSF NAG activity between the two groups (P <0.001), but there was no significant difference among other groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions Cerebrospinal fluid NAG activity is significantly increased in patients with CNS.
