当前,邓小平同志提出的“科学技术是第一生产力”的理论已经成为人们的共识.“现代科学技术的发展,使科学与生产的关系越来越密切了.科学技术作为生产力,越来越显示出巨大的作用”.然而科学技术作为第一生产力,并不意味着它会自动地、自然而然地转化为第一生产力,它要在进入或变革生产的过程中才能得以体现.在科技转化为现实生产力这一过程中,涉及到各种问题,其中的关键之一就是科技与生产相衔接的“结合部”问题.本文根据自己的学习并联系在科研系统工作的实践,就这一问题,谈些浅显的想法.
