为响应产业对复合型设计人才的需求,文章打破了传统工科对学生所需技能的理解,把知识、软性意识纳入工科类工业设计的培养评价之列,重新梳理了新的产业格局下工业设计学生的知识技能模块和培养过程中的认知、思维和实践三个层次,并以此为基础建立了一个模块化、层次化和综合性的知识技能考核体系。在传统的考试和课堂练习评价的基础上,文章提出了嵌入课题项目实践的能力考核和评价机制,并要求在设计实践的过程中的不同阶段对不同模块的硬性知识和软性技能进行综合考察。
In order to respond to the industry demand for compound design talent, the article breaks the traditional engineering students understanding of the skills required, the knowledge and soft consciousness into the industrial engineering design of the training and evaluation of the column to re-sort out the new industrial structure under the industrial Designing students’ knowledge and skills module and cognition, thinking and practice in the training process, and based on which, a modular, hierarchical and comprehensive knowledge and skills assessment system is established. On the basis of the traditional examination and classroom practice evaluation, the article puts forward the ability assessment and evaluation mechanism embedded in the practice of the subject project, and requires that the rigid knowledge and soft skills of different modules be comprehensively investigated at different stages in the process of design practice .
