目的研究眼眶爆裂骨折X线诊断。方法对50例经CT检查证实的眼眶爆裂骨折X线影像进行分析。结果直接及间接X线征像，其诊断阳性率为94％（47／50例）。结论眼眶爆裂骨折分四型：眶底型、内壁型、底壁和内壁型、复合型。
Objective To study X-ray diagnosis of orbital blowout fracture. Methods 50 cases of orbital blowout fracture confirmed by CT examination were analyzed. Results Direct and indirect X-ray findings showed a positive rate of 94% (47/50). Conclusions There are four types of orbital blowout fractures: orbital floor, inner wall, bottom wall and inner wall, complex type.
