苏府[2015]112号各市、区人民政府,苏州工业园区、苏州高新区、太仓港口管委会;市各委办局,各直属单位:《苏州市政府投资项目管理暂行办法》已经市政府第40次常务会议审议通过,现印发给你们,请认真贯彻实施。2015年7月30日苏州市政府投资项目管理暂行办法第一章总则第一条为规范政府投资项目管理,建立健全科学、民主、高效的政府投资项目决策程序和实施程序,优化投资结构、提高投资效益、强化事中事后监管,根据有关法律、法规的基本原则,结合苏州实际,制定本办法。
