随着全社会对“三农”问题重视程度的提高,对农节目越来越受到各级电视台的重视．各类对农节目日益多起来。但是总的说来．对农节目还有不少不尽人意之处．普遍存在着表面化．浅层次的问题。如何把对农节目做深做细,增强节目的指导性和实际意义．是目前亟待加强的工作。我们辛集电视台在这方面做了一些尝试和探索。高站位做好舆论引导农业结构调整是近几年农业农村工作的一项重要工作,广大农民通过调整结构也增加了收入．得到了实惠。在农业结构调整宣传方面．辛集电视台发挥了重要作用。一方面我们积极宣传中央及各级政府对农业农村工作的政策．增强农民靠种地致富的信心．另一方面我们在吃透这几年中央一号文件精神的基础上．认识到一号文件的最终目的就是让农民增收。因此我们十分关注农民增收的新途径。近两年．许多有识之士指出．农民增收的根本出路在于走出田野．从事非农产业,一条路是劳务输出,另一条路是发展小城镇建设．让农村富余劳动力就地消化。我们对辛集市发展二、三产业．
