目的了解新疆阜康市牧业乡0~6岁儿童贫血患病现状,为今后改善儿童贫血状况制定干预策略提供科学依据。方法选取3个牧业乡牧民居住相对较集中的5个村,采用随机抽样的方法,抽取290名6个月~6岁的儿童,检测血红蛋白。结果检出贫血儿童128人,贫血患病率43.9%,其中轻度贫血33.1%,中度贫血10.3%,重度贫血0.7%;3个牧业乡中以旅游业发展较快的水磨沟乡、三工乡儿童贫血患病率最高,分别为52.9%和43.1%;男童贫血患病率46.8%,女童贫血患病率40.9%,男女童贫血患病率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.32,P>0.05);儿童贫血主要发生在6~23个月龄的儿童,以12~23个月龄儿童贫血最为严重,贫血患病率达84.0%,不同月龄儿童贫血患病率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.62,P<0.05)。结论改善阜康市牧业乡儿童贫血现状应以2岁以下儿童为主,应争取政府支持,购买儿童营养包,这样可切实改善牧区儿童的贫血状况。
Objective To understand the prevalence of anemia among children aged 0 ~ 6 years in Muye Township, Fukang, Xinjiang, and to provide a scientific basis for the future development of intervention strategies for the treatment of children with anemia. Methods Three herds of pastoral townships were selected to live in 5 villages. 290 children aged 6 months to 6 years were collected by random sampling method to detect hemoglobin. Results Anemia was detected in 128 children, the prevalence of anemia was 43.9%, of which 33.1% were mild anemia, 10.3% were moderate anemia and 0.7% were severe anemia. Shumaogou Township, with rapid development of tourism, The prevalence rates of anemia in Sangong township were the highest (52.9% and 43.1% respectively), the prevalence rate of anemia in boys was 46.8% and the prevalence rate of anemia in girls was 40.9% (χ2 = 0.32 , P> 0.05). Child anemia mainly occurred in children aged 6-23 months. The children with 12-23 months old had the most severe anemia and the prevalence of anemia was 84.0%. The prevalence of anemia in children of different ages was significantly higher than that of children The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 10.62, P <0.05). Conclusion The improvement of children’s anemia in Muyang Township in Fukang should be dominated by children under 2 years of age. Government support should be obtained to purchase child nutrition packs so as to effectively improve the anemia in pastoral areas.
