北京廉租房将与公租房全面并轨,实行房源分配、租金标准、退出管理三个方面的统一。这是北京市住房城乡建设委、市发改委、市财政局日前联合下发的《关于进一步加强廉租住房与公共租赁住房并轨分配及运营管理有关问题的通知》,两房并轨从下月1日起实施。据了解,新规对于廉租家庭的影响不大,承租家庭租金不变。且廉租家庭如不再符合标准,转公租房可不用换房。
