从毒力虫霉（Ｅｎｔｏｍｏｐｈｔｈｏｒａｖｉｒｕｌｅｎｔａ）的菌丝体中，分离得到了一个具有较强杀蚜作用的活性物质灭蚜菌素Ａ。测定了它的各种光谱数据，证明其为ｅｒｇｏｓｔ－５－ｅｎ－３－ｏｌ。
From the mycelium of Entomophthora virulenta, an active substance, imazamox, with aphid-killing activity was isolated. Its various spectral data were determined to be ergost-5-en-3-ol.
