目的探讨眼睑黄色瘤合并眼睑皮肤松弛手术的治疗效果。方法对本组20例(34眼)眼睑黄色瘤合并眼睑皮肤松弛者采用联合手术,将黄色瘤和上睑皮肤松弛同时切除,并移植于皮肤缺损处。结果20例(34眼)眼睑黄色瘤均切除,眼睑皮肤恢复张力,双重睑形成。随访15例(25眼),其中双眼10例(20眼),单眼5例(5眼),时间6个月~2年,眼睑外观形态良好,无明显瘢痕,均无复发。结论眼睑黄色瘤合并眼睑皮肤松弛采用联合手术,手术创伤小,外观形成好,恢复快。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of eyelid xanthomas combined with eyelid skin relaxation surgery. Methods Twenty patients (34 eyes) with eyelid xanthoma and eyelid skin relaxation were treated with combined surgery. The xanthoma and upper eyelid skin were simultaneously excised and transplanted to the skin defect. Results Eyelid xanthomas were resected in 20 cases (34 eyes), eyelid skin recovered tension and double eyelid formed. Fifteen patients (25 eyes) were followed up, including 10 eyes (20 eyes), 5 eyes (5 eyes), 6 months to 2 years. The appearance of the eyelid was in good shape with no obvious scar and no recurrence. Conclusions Eyelid xanthomas combined with eyelid skin relaxation using a joint surgery, surgical trauma, the appearance of a good, fast recovery.
