乾县枣子沟流域是一个由自然环境和社会经济构成的复合系统。运用系统原理和综合研究方法对该系统之发展进行动态仿真实验,结果表明,综合发展型经济是枣子沟流域治理开发的优化模式。水土流失实质是一个社会经济问题,只有把水土保持和发展经济结合起来才能获得这一问题的最终解决。水土流失综合治理应当坚持治理与开发相结合,以开发促治理,以治理保开发,寓治理于开发之中,坚持以土地资源整治为中心的流域综合治理,原面治理与沟坡治理的相结合,生物措施、工程措施和农田耕作措施相结合。调整农业生产结构是水土流失的宏观控制措施和综合治理方针的具体落实。
Ganzao Zaozigou valley is a complex system composed of natural environment and social economy.
