双侧肾同时发生恶性病变的概率极小。我科于2001年10月至2005年1月收治本病3例,行手术治疗效果满意。现报告如下。对象与方法例1,女,41岁。甲状腺癌根治术后24年,体检B超发现右肾上、中部实质性占位2个,大小分别为7．3 cm×6．5 cm×6．0 cm和2．3 cm×2．0 cm,高回声,内部回声均质,境界清楚,彩色多普勒超声检查肿块内未见血流,右肾动静脉未见癌栓,左肾超声未见
