专业教育的关键是培养学生综合的职业素养,《绩效管理》是一门实践性很强的人力资源管理专业课程,职业素养培养在该课程教学中的实践研究基本未见。本文在多年教学实践以及对在校师生、企业方等调查的基础上,以课程教学入手,从职业道德、职业情感、职业技能和职业习惯等方面,探索了学生职业素养的培养方案,以期对人力资源管理专业《绩效管理》课程教学的研究有所裨益。
The key of professional education is to cultivate students’ comprehensive professional accomplishment. “Performance Management” is a practical course of human resource management. There is no practical research on the cultivation of professional qualifications in this course. Based on years of teaching practice and investigation of teachers, students and enterprises, this paper starts with the course teaching and explores the cultivation plan of students’ professional accomplishments from the aspects of professional ethics, professional emotion, professional skills and professional habits, It is beneficial to the research of teaching “performance management” course of human resource management major.
