现阶段,随着我国市场经济的蓬勃发展,建筑行业的发展也得到了显著提高,促使我国城市建筑向着多功能化和高层化的方向转变。为了保证高层建筑能够为房屋使用者提供更为舒适、便捷的服务,在建筑施工过程中,就要强化高层建筑的内部施工管理,其中水暖施工是建筑工程内部施工的主要工作。因此,如何加强高层建筑中水暖施工技术管理已经成为建筑施工管理人员所关注的问题。文章围绕高层建筑水暖施工技术管理中存在的问题展开分析,结合实际情况,进而提出加强其管理的有效对策。
At this stage, with the vigorous development of China’s market economy, the development of the construction industry has also been significantly improved, prompting the city of our buildings toward multi-functional and high-level direction. In order to ensure that high-rise buildings can provide more comfortable and convenient service for house users, it is necessary to strengthen the internal construction management of high-rise buildings in the course of building construction. Plumbing construction is the main work of internal construction of buildings. Therefore, how to strengthen the technical management of plumbing construction in high-rise buildings has become a concern of construction management personnel. This article analyzes the existing problems in the technical management of plumbing construction in high-rise building, and puts forward some effective countermeasures to strengthen the management according to the actual situation.
