针对一些应用型本科院校设置市场营销专业缺乏办学特色、人才没有针对性的现象,本文拟就专业人才培养方案的确定提出路径选择方向,打破一味沿用传统课程设置的做法,从市场细分找出目标市场入手,通过分析就业市场中目标企业的人才需求特点等,再结合高校实际特色能力来设置理论课程体系与实践实训环节,达到为市场输入让目标企业满意的人才的目的。
