江苏省老区开发促进会2月28日在南京召开四届四次理事会,共商新形势下促进老区经济跨越式发展新思路。副省长黄莉新、省老促会名誉理事长韩培信、理事长汪冰石、执行理事长蔡秋明、副理事长陈辉、岳德旺等120多位老同志到会。陈辉主持大会。黄副省长首先讲话,她对老促会工作提出了四点建议:一是围绕“富民强省,在全面建设小康社会基础上率先基本实现现代化”的目标,找准位置,创新思路;二是大力促进老区农业结构调整,当好党委、政府的参谋;三是帮助老区农民提高组织化程度,在发展市场经济中得到实惠;四是围绕“三农”工作的重大问题,有重点地开展调查研究。蔡秋
