蔡松龄同志是1957年整風前由中央戏剧学院調往河北省話剧团担任导演的。人們也許还記得,在1957年鳴放期間,中央戏剧学院的右派分子曾在这件事上大做文章,把中央給地方輸送干部,說成是什么宗派排挤,并鼓动蔡松龄同志出来反对党,但蔡松龄同志沒有为他們所动,他坚决表示:我服从党的調配。当时蔡松龄同志还正在苏联专家古里叶夫主持下的导演师資进修班学习,进修班結业,他立即去到了保定。蔡松龄同志在和記者談話时回忆道:“服从党的調动,这在我是明确的,但是一旦离开了这么多年來习慣了的教学生活,在思想上也难免
