JG150和JG250两种混凝土搅拌机结构基本相似。当它们的进料斗放下时,斗底放在地面上,斗的上口面则高出地面。往进料斗里装砂石、水泥等物料,一般最常见的办法是人工推运料小车,沿着一个专门搭设的斜坡往上推,到位后,即将小车内的物料倾倒在进料斗里。人力推重车上坡,体力劳动笨重,生产效率也低。针对这种情况,我厂在原JG150、JG250的基础上,各增设了一套进料斗下坑装置,即把进料斗降到地面以下去,使进料斗的上口面低于地面。这样一来,运料的小车便可以不用再推上坡,在地面上推到位后倾倒即可。
JG150 and JG250 concrete mixers are basically similar in structure. When their feed hopper is lowered, the bucket bottom is placed on the ground and the upper mouth of the bucket is above the ground. The most common way to put gravel, cement, and other materials into the hopper is to manually push the material trolley and push it along a specially built slope. When it is in place, the material in the trolley is poured into the hopper. . People push the car uphill, physical labor is heavy, and production efficiency is also low. In response to this situation, our factory added a set of feed hopper lower pits on the basis of the original JG150 and JG250, that is, the feed hopper was lowered below the ground so that the upper surface of the feed hopper was lower than the ground. In this way, the transported vehicle can no longer push uphill and push it down on the ground and dump it.
