【目的】了解幼儿园学龄前儿童的忽视状况,以便引起有关部门重视。【方法】采用《中国3~6岁城区儿童忽视状况评价问卷》整群调查武汉市城区某幼儿园638名儿童家长,进行统计分析。【结果】武汉市城区某幼儿园学龄前儿童总忽视率为19.91%,总忽视度为39.39。男女童在总忽视率上差异无统计学意义,男童总忽视度高于女童,男童的教育忽视度、医疗忽视度和总忽视度高于女童。各年龄组间总忽视率有差异,6岁组忽视率最大(27.40%),4岁组忽视率最小(12.50%)。儿童忽视以同时受1种忽视和2种忽视为主(82.54%),同时受4种以上的忽视较少(5.55%)。【结论】武汉市城区某幼儿园学龄前儿童忽视状况应引起重视。
【Objective】 To understand the ignorance of preschool children in kindergartens in order to arouse the attention of relevant departments. 【Methods】 A total of 638 parents of children in a kindergarten in Wuhan City were investigated with the “Questionnaire on the Status of Neglect of Children 3 ~ 6 Years Old in Urban China” to conduct statistical analysis. 【Results】 The total neglect rate of pre-school children in a kindergarten in Wuhan city was 19.91% with a total neglect of 39.39. There was no significant difference in the total neglect rate between boys and girls. The total ignorance of boys was higher than that of girls. The level of neglect of education, neglect of medical care and total neglect of boys were higher than those of girls. The total neglect rate varies among different age groups, with the highest neglect rate in the 6-year-old group (27.40%) and the neglect rate in the 4-year old group (12.50%). Children are neglected at the same time by one kind of neglect and two kinds of neglect (82.54%), while less than four kinds of neglect (5.55%). 【Conclusions】 The ignorance of preschool children in a kindergarten in Wuhan city should pay more attention.
