在牙槽外科拔牙中,断根误入上颌窦的并发症并不多见,下面就我科7年来在门诊所发生的10例断根误入上颌窦进行临床初步探讨。 临床资料 一、一般资料 在10例断根误入上颌窦病例中,近中颊根2例,腭根6例,近中颊根1例,融合根1例。10例断根均为根管治疗齿。10例中2例为不完全进入上颌窦,2例为粘膜下进入上颌窦,其余6例均为穿破上颌窦粘
