随着大学生就业难度增加,职业规划和就业指导已经成为高校的主要任务。但就目前来看,就业指导的定位不准确,相关措施缺乏针对性,指导效率不高。很多高校缺乏就业指导体系,并且就业指导课程只针对应届毕业生开设,缺乏针对性。为了解决这一问题,本文分析了如何进行职业规划以及大学生就业指导的认知定位,并且就如何在高校中开展就业指导问题提出了相应的建议。
With the increase of college students’ employment difficulty, career planning and employment guidance have become the major tasks of colleges and universities. However, for now, the orientation of employment guidance is not accurate, the relevant measures are not targeted, and the guidance is not efficient. Many universities lack employment guidance system, and employment guidance courses only for the opening of fresh graduates, the lack of pertinence. In order to solve this problem, this article analyzes how to carry out career planning and the cognitive orientation of college students’ employment guidance, and puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to carry out employment guidance in colleges and universities.
