根据国内外有关5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)制备的研究进展,利用天然植物葡萄为原料制备5-HMF。实验结果表明,铜离子影响氯化铬的催化效果,产率显著降低,酸性基团硅钨酸在氯化铬的催化体系影响甚微,没有提高催化效果;葡萄液制备5-羟甲基糠醛的最佳工艺条件:反应温度为120℃,反应时间为2 h,葡萄液∶二甲基亚砜(体积比)=1∶5,通过反应溶液的置换,能够提高5-HMF产率,产率可达36%。该方法可以促进5-HMF制备成本的降低,推进其产业化进程。
According to the research progress on the preparation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF) both at home and abroad, 5-HMF was prepared from natural plant grapes. The experimental results show that copper ion affects the catalytic effect of chromium chloride, the yield is significantly reduced, the acid group silicotungstic acid has little effect on the catalytic system of chromium chloride, and does not improve the catalytic effect; and the grape juice prepares 5-hydroxymethyl furfural The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: the reaction temperature was 120 ℃, the reaction time was 2 h, the ratio of grapefruit to dimethylsulfoxide (volume ratio) was 1: 5, and the yield of 5-HMF could be increased by replacing the reaction solution.
