目的:探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的疗效及其安全性。方法:对252例子宫黏膜下肌瘤行宫腔镜电切术。选择性做术中B超监护,术后连续随访。结果:全部病例的肿瘤均一次手术切除,疗效满意率0型、Ⅰ型肌瘤为100%,Ⅱ型肌瘤87.5%;1例子宫穿孔发生。结论:宫腔镜电切治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的安全、可靠。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of hysteroscopic resection of submucosal uterine fibroids. Methods: 252 cases of uterine submucosal fibroids hysteroscopic resection. Selective intraoperative B-monitoring, continuous follow-up. Results: The tumors of all the cases were surgically removed. The rate of satisfactory results was 0, 100% for type Ⅰ fibroids and 87.5% for type Ⅱ fibroids. One case of uterine perforation occurred. Conclusion: Hysteroscopic electrosurgical treatment of submucosal uterine fibroids safe and reliable.
