目的:探讨维吾尔医(简称维医)医院药房管理中存在的问题并提出解决对策。方法:通过查阅有关药房管理资料,结合维医医院药房实际情况,分析存在的问题。结果:维医医院药房管理存在管理不规范,缺乏硬件设施,人员素质普遍不高,维医临床药学发展不理想等问题。结论:在维医医院药房管理中,应该完善制度,改善硬件和软件投入,加强人员培训,提高服务水平。
Objective: To discuss the problems existing in the pharmacy management of Uyghur Medical Hospital and put forward the countermeasures. Methods: By consulting the pharmacy management information, combined with the actual situation of pharmacy in the hospital, analyze the existing problems. Results: There were some problems in the management of pharmacy in the hospital, such as non-standard management, lack of hardware facilities, generally low quality of staff and unsatisfactory development of clinical medical pharmacy. Conclusion: In the pharmacy management of the hospital, we should perfect the system, improve the hardware and software investment, strengthen personnel training and improve the service level.
