通过组织分析、拉伸试验和理论计算,研究了强化作用对时效态Mg-5Y-3Sm-0.8Ca-0.5Sb合金屈服强度的贡献量。结果表明,该合金在细晶强化的基础上,以损失部分固溶强化为代价,产生了显著的析出强化,大幅提高了屈服强度。固溶强化对合金屈服强度的贡献量略低于细晶强化,析出强化的贡献量超过总屈服强度的50%。
The contribution of strengthening effect to the yield strength of aged Mg-5Y-3Sm-0.8Ca-0.5Sb alloy was studied by means of microstructure analysis, tensile test and theoretical calculation. The results show that, on the basis of fine grain strengthening, the alloy has significant precipitation strengthening and substantial increase of yield strength at the expense of partial solid solution strengthening. The contribution of solid solution strengthening to the yield strength of the alloy is slightly lower than the fine grain strengthening, and the contribution of precipitation strengthening exceeds 50% of the total yield strength.
