韩非是先秦时代最后一位法学大师，作为上升时期地主阶级的代表，他的建立在对人性的深刻理解基础上的“依法治国”之论，在中国两千多年的封建专制统治中起着不可忽视的影响作用。在我国社会主义发展的初级阶段，面临着一系列新的问题从传统中汲取经验和教训不失为解决问题的一剂良方。本文试从韩非子的人性理论挖掘其对现代社会的借鉴价值。
