法律英语的研究已吸引了众多的学者,而对法律法文的研究尚未起步。本文先分析法律法文词汇的特征,然后从功能翻译理论和译者的主体性的角度就法律法文的翻译提出翻译策略,以期为法汉法律翻译理论和实践提供一些有益的参考。
The study of legal English has attracted a large number of scholars, while the study of French and French has not yet started. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the French-French lexicon, and then proposes the translation strategies from the perspectives of functional translation and translator’s subjectivity so as to provide some useful references for the theory and practice of French-Chinese legal translation.
