Shanghai Waigaoqiao No.3 Power Generation Co., Ltd. proactively carried out the performance management excellence practice and established the company’s energy-saving and low-carbon strategic target through benchmarking. In technological innovation, a series of independent innovation projects and technological transformation projects were carried out to continuously improve the technical and economic indicators of the units. In terms of management innovation, the Company adopts the advanced performance model of excellence to take energy conservation and emission reduction as the key objectives and applies value-creation process management through advanced management concepts such as benchmarking and energy efficiency management. In the power generation industry in the world, a million-kilowatt unit benchmark with Chinese characteristics has been set.
