我国经济体制发生了重大的变革,民众的思维观念,社会政策走向与社会制度规范都在发生着重大的变化。在当前的发展情况下,市场的社会特征日益丰富,社会机制逐步代替少数人决定机制,审批型政府正在向服务型政府转变。农村社会正在向城市社会转变,农民社会正在转向市民社会,社会正处于工业社会向信息化社会发展的过渡阶段。“智慧城市”的构建能够为城市公共服务提供更为人性化与更为便捷的新应用与服务理念,同时也能够让城市的运作更为安全、高效、便捷与健康。
China’s economic system underwent major changes. People’s thinking concepts, social policy trends and social system norms are undergoing major changes. Under the current development situation, the social characteristics of the market are increasingly enriched. The social mechanism gradually replaces the minority decision mechanism and the approval-type government is changing to a service-oriented government. Rural society is changing to urban society, peasant society is turning to civil society, and society is in the transitional phase from industrial society to information society. The construction of “smart city” can provide a more humane and convenient new application and service concept for urban public services, and at the same time, make the operation of the city safer, more efficient, more convenient and more healthy.
