目的:为了设置更科学、更合理的老年居家卫生服务机构医生和护士的配比。方法:通过前期广泛问卷调查以及运用排队论建立老年居家卫生服务机构的模型。结果:计算得出每1000人社区需要2个医生和3个护士。结论:该模型可以推广以用于设置其他社区的老年人居家卫生服务机构的人员配比。
Objective: To set a more scientific and rational ratio of elderly home health service agencies doctors and nurses. Methods: Through the extensive questionnaire survey and the use of queuing theory to establish a model of elderly home health service agencies. Results: Calculated to require 2 doctors and 3 nurses per 1,000 community. Conclusion: This model can be generalized to set the staffing ratio for elderly home health services in other communities.
