目的 探讨儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿家属的规范健康教育流程.方法 选择27例急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿,从患儿入院到出院不同时期对其家属实施规范化健康教育流程.结果 通过实施规范化健康教育,提高了家属对儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病知识的了解,充分认识到日常护理对患儿整个治疗过程的要求,掌握了坚持规律化疗、用药的重要性,使病人能定时复诊率达95%.结论 科学地对初治急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿家属进行科学规范化健康教育,是巩固治疗,减少并发症,提高患儿生活质量,提高病人满意度的根本保证,具有重要意义,值得推广.
