为促进领导干部的理论学习,中央组织部、中央宣传部近日出台了《关于建立县级以上党政领导干部理论学习考核制度的若干意见》。《意见》共分为六个部分,十七条。 《意见》提出,领导干部理论学习考核制度,是促使领导干部增强学习自觉性的必要措施,也是提高学习质量、检验学习效果的有效手段,有利于加强领导班子思想政治建设。考核工作必须以马列主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论为指导,按照江泽民同志“三个代表”的要求,在总结实践经验的基础上,继续弘扬理论联系实际的优良作风。考核中必须坚持注重实效的原则、考用结合的原则和便于操作的原则。
