1、立项背景随着城市化水平的不断提高,污水处理水量持续快速增加,污水处理厂也从原建设时地处人口稀少区域到现在处于人口稠密、城市中心甚至旅游胜地。厦门筼筜污水处理厂建设规模30万吨/日,位于筼筜湖西侧,毗邻厦门西海域和鼓浪屿岛,周边人口密度大,土地紧张,环境条件要求高,迫切需要一种高效、紧凑和环境友好型的污水处理工艺。曝气生物滤池具有占地面积小,处理效率高,抗冲击负荷能
