磨矿的目的在于使矿石中的有用矿物充分地单体解离,并使过粉碎尽量少。为了从技术上考查磨矿效果,引入“磨机技术效率”这个指标来评价磨矿过程。磨机技术效率能综合地反映磨机产品中合格粒级数量、磨不细粒级数量及过粉碎粒级数量与其效率之间的关系,是检查磨矿效果的一个重要技术指标。
The purpose of grinding is to fully dissociate the useful minerals in the ore and to minimize the over-grinding. In order to technically investigate the grinding effect, the introduction of “mill efficiency” index to evaluate the grinding process. The technical efficiency of the mill can comprehensively reflect the relationship between the number of qualified grains, the number of fine grains not grinded and the number of over-crushed grains and their efficiency in the mill product, which is an important technical index for checking the grinding effect.
